Description

Gas cylinder packs are also known as gas packs, gas cylinder cradles, gas cylinder pallets, gas cylinder stillage, and cylinder gas bundles. Compared with individual cylinders, gas cylinder packs are considered more efficient economically and environmentally. These cylinder packs is a form of gas storage ubiquitous across the industrial gas distribution sector and offer the user some advantages over individual cylinder gas including:

• EASIER HANDLING: In many cases, workers load and unload individual gas cylinders manually by rolling them on the ground. Even though the cylinders are designed with a thick base to withstand these transport conditions, it will be still easier if these cylinders can be loaded and uploaded in the form of packs by using equipment such as forklifts and cranes.
• HIGHER EFFICIENCY: By offering the ability to reduce the transport times required to deliver bottle gases (packaged gases), gas cylinder packs serve to simplify your gas supply chain compared with delivering many individual gas cylinders.
• SAFER ASSET MANAGING: For users that manage many gas cylinders, it would be a challenging task to not lose any of them. However, it becomes easier if users can manage them in the form of packs instead of many pieces.

SINOGES offers lightweight gas cylinder packs with frames that are hot-dipped galvanized to a thickness of over 60 microns. Our durable modular cylinder packs will not rust or age from environmental exposures over many years of field service. These zinc-coated gas cylinder packs are designed and tested according to  ISO 10961-2019 Gas cylinders-Cylinder bundles-Design, manufacturing, testing, and inspection, ADR 2021, and TPED 2010/35/EU.
